1. The subject of the runtime agreement

All the questions concerning the purchase of access rights to the Internet, buying and installation of necessary hardware and software are not covered by the Agreement and are solved by users independently.

3. User actions

9. General information
   

1. The present Agreement is a legally binding Agreement between you and 'Breaking News WorldWide' and regulates your usage of 'Breaking News WorldWide' services.

2. Considering the gratuitousness of services delivered according to the Agreement, consumer legislation can not be applied to it.

3. The invalidation of any statement of the Agreement by the court does not mean the invalidation of other points of the Agreement.

4. 'Breaking News WorldWide' failure to act in the case of your or other users violation of the Agreement grants 'Breaking News WorldWide' the right to take appropriate actions to protect its rights later and does not mean that 'Breaking News WorldWide' waives its rights in case of similar violations in future.
